This is very much an experiential day retreat.
 
You will be supported to come deep into your heart and into your natural intelligence of the body including your heightened intuition. Cacao naturally guides you into your inner Source and so the day is for connecting deeper into your own journey with this plant medicine of the heart, while also experiencing a sense of a homecoming and uniting as a group of likeminded individuals. 
 
There will be key areas that the day will cover and also as I am a channel and deeply intuitive, I will always tune in to allow the day to unfold as it is guided, particularly as the group comes together - that's where the real magic and bliss ignites.
 
My intention for you on this day and throughout this course is to become more embodied in your everyday life, to follow your wants and desires with a deeper sense of purpose and clarity and ultimately to feel more peace and live your life by your own unique design.

I began my Cacao initiation in 2019 and in 2020 I enrolled in a beautiful course with Keith’s Cacao ('The power of Cacao') to deepen my connection with this sacred plant medicine of the heart.
