We’ll be channelling for the group throughout the retreat, while also allowing space for guidance to come through for the individuals in the room.

This isn’t five days of rushing from one workshop to the next.

Each full day will hold two intentional group sessions or ceremonies, with spaciousness in between for you to actually enjoy being in Portugal.

Swim in the saltwater pool.

Use the sauna.

Lie in the Portuguese sun.

Book yourself a massage.

Have a long conversation over lunch.

Take yourself somewhere quiet.

Journal.

Nap.

Or do absolutely nothing.

The space between our ceremonies is a deep part of the retreat too. Accessing your destiny line is about reflection and contemplation as much as it is about active channelled sessions together. 

YOUR FIVE-NIGHT JOURNEY

THURSDAY - ARRIVE & OPEN SPACE

Arrive at Terra Quinta, settle into your surroundings and meet the people you’ll be sharing the next five nights with.

We’ll come together to open sacred space and begin the retreat intentionally.

You’ve arrived. Let yourself land.

FRIDAY - Illuminate and Channel

We begin with ceremonial cacao and our Destiny Illumination experience - creating space to connect with what is calling you forward. This will be a deeply meditative and rich filled group ceremony.

We’ll draw from both of our psychic gifts channelled oracle decks, receiving a collective message for the group and the journey ahead.

Cathy and Tony will also share their perspectives on the collective changes they feel we are moving through.

Tony will bring his connection with the Incan prophecy of Pachacuti, while Cathy will share through the lens of the 2027 Sleeping Phoenix prophecy within Human Design and Gene Keys.

Alongside these teachings, we’ll share what we have each been receiving through our own psychic and intuitive channels.

Not to tell you what your future looks like.

But to open a conversation about the times we are living in and what they may be asking of us individually.

In the evening, we’ll come together for a powerful Kirtan session.

SATURDAY - ILLUMINATE and RELEASE

Once we’ve connected with what is calling you forward, we explore what may be getting in the way.

The patterns. The fears. The things you’ve been holding onto.

The places where you already know... but haven’t moved.

This is about illumination rather than judgement.

Seeing what is there so you have the opportunity to choose differently.

Later that evening, we’ll gather around the fire for a release ceremony.

A space to acknowledge what is ready to be left behind - and consciously release what you no longer want to carry forward so there is space for your next step.

SUNDAY - PSYCHIC SURGEON CEREMONY

Both Cathy and Tony work within the realm of Psychic Surgery.

This morning, we bring that work together for a powerful group healing ceremony.

You’ll be invited to lie back and receive as we work hands-on with the group, allowing the session to be led intuitively by what is present in the room.

And afterwards...

Space. Swim. Sauna. Rest.

Eat. Sleep. Sit in the sun.

Let your body integrate.

EVENING - CACAO & THE COHERENCE CODES

We’ll gather again in the evening with ceremonial cacao for a deeply restorative Coherence Codes healing.

Previously known as The Yeshua Codes & The Magdalene Prism of Light, this is Cathy’s channelled healing modality connected with Yeshua, Mary Magdalene, Christ Consciousness and the Divine.

The intention of this evening isn’t to push you further.

It’s to receive, restore and come back into coherence. Deep restoration of the nervous system.

MONDAY - INTEGRATE & EMBODY

How do you bring what you’ve experienced here back into your actual life?

Monday is about integration.

We’ll gather for tea ceremony, conversation, sound and reflection.

There will be space to talk about what you’ve experienced, what has shifted and what you now know.

And then you’ll write a letter to your future self.

Not a letter that disappears into a journal when you get home. You’ll seal it.

And several months after the retreat, when ordinary life has resumed and Portugal feels a little further away...

your words will find their way back to you.

A reminder from the version of you who sat here.

Who heard what they heard. Who knew what they knew. And who decided what came next.

TUESDAY - FULL ILLUMINATION

We’ll gather one final time to close our sacred space before you begin your journey home.

But your integration doesn’t end when you leave Portugal.

Three weeks later, we’ll meet again online for a group integration call.

A space to reconnect, share what has unfolded and receive support as you continue integrating the retreat into your life. 

AND ALL OF THIS... IN PORTUGAL.

For five nights, Terra Quinta becomes home.

Away from the pace and responsibilities of everyday life.

Surrounded by Portuguese countryside, nature and space.

Beautiful food. A saltwater pool.

Sauna. Sunshine.

Because you don’t need to spend every waking hour “working on yourself” for something profound to happen.

We didn’t arrive at this work through a straight line.

We both began our careers within mainstream healthcare. We had careers that made sense on paper.

And we both chose to follow something deeper.

Our intuition. Our gifts. Our Passions.

Our connection to the Divine. Our Commitment and Drive.

And the feeling that there was another way we were here to serve.

That decision has taken us both down very different paths - but it has also brought us to a very similar place.

Between us, we have now connected with thousands of people, supporting them with their wellbeing, intuitive development, healing and connection back to their own intuition and soverinety.

We have both independently channelled and created our own oracle card decks.

We both host podcasts.
