Learn how to disconnect from the noise around you and tune in to what's happening in your mind, body, and soul.
When: Friday 4th April to Monday 7th April 2025
Who: This retreat is available to men and women. This is for those who feel an intuitive nudge that they are to attend.

The Flow Of The Retreat;
Friday 4th April
- Arrival 4pm with light seasonal herbal tea.
- You will be guided to your residence where you can unpack, relax and enjoy the luxury of your bespoke cottage nestled in nature .
- 6pm- Dining In The Shed: A Vegan Dinner will be served in the large dining room with an open fire and overlooking the Wicklow mountains, where we will connect as a group.
- 7.30pm - Opening cacao ceremony in the Roundstone mediation circular. You will be gifted your soul codes human design blueprint manual at the end of the ceremony (unique to each individual)
- 9pm- enjoy time in the barn with an open fire connecting with soulfriends, bask in the scenery of the garden of Eden that is Wicklow or retreat back to your cottage for the night and indulge in your human design blueprint.
Saturday 5th April
- 9.30am- Vegan Breakfast - The Dining In The Shed is a professional kitchen with fresh seasonal and locally sourced produce. Each meal is lovingly created by the in house chef in the Deer Stone for you during your retreat stay.
- 11am-1pm- Make use of the wood-fired sauna, hot tubs, two smaller saunas, hydropool swim spa, seaweed baths, games barn, reflection nook, the meditation trail and the large roundstone meditation dome.
- 1.30pm - Dining in the shed: Vegan Lunch
- 3.30pm-5pm Human Design Soul Codes Group Session with Ceremonial Cacao
- 5pm- Integration / time in nature/ journaling/ connecting within the group.
- 6.30pm- Dining In The Shed: Dinner
- 8.30pm- Rahanni celestial energy healing and group nightime meditation in the dome
Sunday 6th April
- 9.00am- The Dining In The Shed: Vegan Breakfast
- 11am-12.45pm- Vocal and Sound Bath Immersive Experience in the Rounstone Dome with Emer Quintero.
- 1.15pm- Dining in the shed: Vegan Lunch
- Renew and Restore after lunch by spending time soaking up the river view in the relaxation terrace, in the hot tub, sauna, in the hydropool swimspa and more.
- 6pm- Dining In The Shed: Dinner
- 7.45pm- Fire ceremony and nighttime cacao connection
Monday 7th April
- 9.00am - The Dining In The Shed: Vegan Breakfast
- 10.00am - Closing Ceremony in the Roundstone Meditation Dome.
- Departure 11am with hearts filled, soul connections made and a deeper sense of clarity on your purpose path.

Twin Sharing Ensuite = Share with another retreat attendee or a friend.
Please Note - Women and Men will not be sharing a twin room unless requested. If you are attending as a couple or as two friends and would like to share a twin room, please individually pay for your retreat spot & then contact Cathy directly. Cathy will then ensure that you are allocated a twin room together. Booking is on a first come basis.
