We offer 2, 3, 4 + 5 month payment plans which are outlined in our payment section above.

All payments must be made by DATE.

We do not offer any further payment plans, scholarships or discounts as we honour the transformation this retreat will provide.

Please only select a payment plan if you can commit to completing the payments.

How do payment plans work: For example if you select '4 monthly'  on 22nd April, that means the first payment comes out and then the 2nd will automatically come out of your account on 22nd May, 3rd payment on 22nd June and so on. 

We operate a no refund policy. This is to honour the time, dedication & preparation work that goes into holding an event of this calibre.

We are also a small business & every time a purchase is made we have processing fees, administrative fees, system fees & in this case event space & guest space holder's fees to pay. It is important to acknowledge this when you choose to buy from a small business as these costs have to be covered no matter what.

Please note that all payments, including those made via a payment plan, are non-refundable. Payment plans are designed to support your financial needs, and all installments must be paid by their due monthly dates. Your booking will only be considered fully secured once all payment plan installments have been completed.

Please understand that the venue, accommodation, food, and other expenses are arranged and paid for by Cathy in advance, often months and weeks before the retreat. This policy ensures the smooth running of the retreat and allows us to provide the best possible experience for all attendees.

Absolutely not! This event will be as beautiful for someone who is new to all of it or some of it as it will be to a seasoned attendee.

Everyone will be guided on a journey for where they are at - we trust in spirit to take us where we need to go & show us what we need to know at this time in our lives.

We completely understand! It's always a bit nerve-racking attending an event by yourself, however you have 4 days to connect with your fellow attendees & will absolutely feel at home with each other by the end of it.

We grow by pushing the boundaries of our comfort zone!

Also, by immersing yourself in the wilds of this retreat space, you will have plenty of opportunity to take some solo time & connect with yourself deeper by exploring the luxurious extra's included.
