As the sun reaches its peak on Saturday, 21st June, we invite you to gather in sacred stillness and presence. From 2.45pm to 6:30pm, join Cathy and Rowena as they gently hold space for an afternoon of rest, reconnection, and renewal — guided by the wisdom of the season.

 

This is a solstice of the heart — a time to soften, to listen inward, and to honour your own turning point. As nature pauses in luminous fullness, we too are invited to pause — to rest in the stillness of the sun, and to receive what is ready to rise within.

💛 Grounding Meditation

Settle into the beautiful indoor workshop space at Tigh N Allias and gently root your energy with a peaceful, earth and celestial connected meditation channeled by Cathy.

 

💛 Sound Bath

Be held in the soothing tones of sacred sound from Rowena. Allow the vibrations to soften the mind and open the heart. Surrender the body with deep relaxation and presence. Receiving support for the nervous system and allow droplets of peace and clarity to emerge.

The Mongolian Yurt Experience and Tigh N'Alluis: 

A sanctuary of wellness, rooted in ancient Irish warmth;

"Embrace the Healing Powers of Irish Sauna Experiences

We use a mix of Irish mythology and snippets of Shamanism, which incorporates old techniques used by the Irish and other worldwide ethnic groups.Using the four elements to heal the soul (Fire, Water, Air & Earth), our sauna experience encompasses all four elements!

*Fire is the energy source within the stove and the creator of the heat.
*Water is used to create the steam which is essentially the spirit of the sauna.
*Earth is the sauna stones and timber which are heated to imitate the womb and energy.
*Air being the oxygen the sauna uses to breathe and help the fire.

Our intention, which is our priority, is to help and to heal.
We don't pretend to be healers or Shamans but we do come with their ethics and willingness to facilitate healing.
We also aim to give our clients the best holistic experience on offer.

We have recently just opened up our very unique Mongolian Yurt Sauna, which is also a "sauna temple". Dark on the inside, it allows for a more meditative experience. It is Ireland’s only sauna of its kind. We also have a panoramic Barrel style sauna with views of the Dublin and Wicklow Mountains. We offer the unique chance to swim in our fresh water pond, as well as two plunge pools, hot tubs, and a yurt workshop space."
